At Onlinelover, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure every product goes through strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy will guide you.
You can request a return only if:
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
The request is raised within 2 days of delivery.
The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
Orders returned without original packaging or tags.
Items purchased during clearance sales or special festive offers (unless damaged/defective).
A return fee of ₹100 per product will be applicable.
This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product passes our quality check.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), you may be asked to provide your bank account details for refund processing.
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.
